My name is Jade. Like others, my blog is a place for me to get away. A lot of you struggle from the same categories I do. I'm 15 years old, and a freshman in high school. Living the life right? Haha, it's probably the complete opposite. I seem like a happy,-normal teenager. But really, in this case, when has a "normal" teenager ever existed? On this page right here, you will find everything I'm feeling without the need for me to tell you. I've been down a long hard road, just like everyone else. I come from a place, where I don't believe I belong. Many people, believe they "know me" but trust me, if you really knew me, you'd know, I'm having a hard time surviving in the shoes I walk in. My biggest problem is getting attached, because in the end, I've realized no one is there. I was going through so much physically and emotionally; It's been 3 years now, that I've self harmed. Going through it, I've been told, "It isn't worth it" "You are worth so much more" Well I know that I deserve every cut that I've ever carved into my arm. I have no regrets. My scars remind me of every little battle I've lost. A single scar means, I survived. It reminds me that the past is REAL. Where I come from, looks are everything. Yet, I don't seem to fit in that appearance everyone's looking for. I believe the complete opposite of society. I try to express the feelings, but it seems as if everyone is non-existent to change. Every single person on this planet has a story. Don't judge people before you truly know them. The truth might surprise you. I've been judged, and overlooked so much, that I've begun to believe the opinion of others. When people treat you like nothing, you began to feel like nothing. With that said, this is how I choose to express my feelings, I don't know what I'd do or where I'd be without my blog.
